🗓 Choosing a Launch Date

Selecting the right go-live date is a critical first step. Consider the timing of your season, training schedules, and member availability. A well-planned launch can make all the difference in ensuring a smooth transition.

PLAI Recommends:

  • Choose a date at least 2-3 weeks in the future to allow time for communication and preparation.
  • Plan to launch before your season starts. This gives your members a chance to become familiar with the app and allows you time to iron out any issues before the competitive season begins. 
  • Avoid major holidays or periods when your members might be less active.
  • Plan your launch for a day when you have the capacity to support your members as they onboard.\
