When does the club get paid?

Funds settle to the club’s connected bank account within a couple of working days of the payment being made.

Who pays the transaction fee?

The 30p PLAI transaction fee and the 20p Stripe transaction fee are added at checkout and borne by the payer — so clubs keep more of every listing.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. The only deductions from the listing price are Stripe’s 1.5% and PLAI’s 2.9% service fee. Clubs always receive 95.6% of the listing price, with the fixed transaction fees covered by the payer at checkout.

Is payment secure?

Every transaction is processed by Stripe — a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payments platform trusted by millions of businesses worldwide.
