Competition Terms and conditions:
Eligibility: open to UK grassroots sports clubs; entrant must be a club admin / committee member / coach authorised to act for the club.
Free to enter: entry is joining the waitlist — no purchase necessary.
How referrals count: each entrant gets a unique link; a referral counts when a genuine, separate club joins the waitlist via that link (one valid signup per club).
Closing date: entries and referrals close [10th August 2026]
Winners: the 3 entrants with the most valid club referrals at close.
Claiming the prize (your conditions): to receive the sponsorship, the winning club must (1) download / sign up to PLAI 3.0 when it launches (August 2026), and (2) actively use PLAI - e.g. set up their club and complete at least one core action (a payment request, event, or club-wide message) - before the sponsorship is paid. The club must transact with PLAI: Stripe has been connected and money processed.
Payment: sponsorship paid to the club (not the individual) within [30] days of meeting the conditions above.
Anti-gaming: self-referrals, duplicate or fabricated signups, and non-genuine clubs are disqualified; PLAI may verify clubs and the promoter's decision is final.
